SEASONS OF OUR LIVES

walking down the streets
seeing fallen leaves
summers just been passed
and falls here at last

its all about seasons
a time to grow and a time to loose leaves
a time to feel cold and then the hot heat
unending seasons of the enduring earth

i think of his promises
his word, his deeds and his miracles
it all starts with a seed
sending forth his word to do

for as long as the earth endures
seed time and harvest
and cold and heat
shall never cease

its baba God at his best
ensuring our hearts again
and again that his promises wont fall
or fail in our lives when we believe

the falling of the leaves
remind me of the seasons
i am living in my season
and enjoying the God of all seasons

and for this am thankful
