destroying
humiliating thats how best you can be described
memories of you will linger forever
though not for good but bad
you came you swept and destroyed
and you left
in your tracks you left destruction
the labours of the dilligent you removed
the shelters of the people you pulled down
means of livelihood you swept away
and what needs to be done with the living
is to be thankful for the ability to start again
while you did what you did
your sibling of whichh i can remember the tsunami
also did its own somewhere else
an act of God it was called
but i doubt if that is a correct name given to you
because God is associated with great and good things only

full of mischief and destruction
you who sent shivers down the spines of humanity
who made men homeless and women weary
you who swept mothers away from daughters
and fathers from sons
you who levelled the high places of the earth
and made nonsense of solid foundations
you are indeed a bad girl!!!
